Send a useful, privacy-conscious report
Contact HuraWatch
Use the correct route for catalog corrections, technical problems, privacy questions or rights requests and include only the information needed to investigate.
Before contacting HuraWatch
Check Search for spelling, Domains for address questions, Status for not-working problems and Apps for device installation. Many issues can be resolved without sending data. If the problem remains, copy the public page URL and write down the exact action that failed.
What to include
- the relevant HuraWatch URL;
- the title, year and movie-or-series format when applicable;
- device, operating system and browser for technical problems;
- the country selected for provider-routing issues;
- a concise description of expected and actual behavior.
What not to send
Do not include passwords, one-time codes, payment cards, government identification, full IP addresses, private account histories or unrelated browser screenshots. HuraWatch does not need external provider credentials to inspect its own catalog. Redact personal information before attaching evidence through any future contact channel.
Choose the dedicated process when appropriate
Use Corrections for factual catalog errors and Rights Requests for copyright or ownership notices. Privacy questions should identify the relevant HuraWatch feature, such as My List or country preference. A focused request reaches the correct review faster than one message combining several unrelated problems.
